Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in TN Norway.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will lead key initiatives to enhance operations, streamline automation, and identify new business opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop impactful solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-border initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee automation and internal tooling projects.
  • Act as the interface between Nordic operations and IT/system owners.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Maintain training, documentation, and coordination for support systems.
  • Own and optimize key operational tools (ServiceNow, MyServicePoint, Talkdesk, Kantata, etc.).
  • Represent SD Worx Nordics in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Improve internal and external processes.
  • Address and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree from a relevant field, MBA or leadership training.
  • 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in management, consulting, or technical project leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, experience with budgeting, Lean/Opex, and operational tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and functions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
