
Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at TN Norway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and integrity of our GxP manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment in accordance with EU regulations and internal standards.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and conducting risk assessments to ensure the quality and safety of our products. You will also perform periodic reviews of GxP manufacturing processes, equipment, instruments, and computer systems to maintain and improve our quality management systems.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, sales, and customer service to address GxP requirements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in changes and new projects, and support audits as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy or a related discipline from an accredited university recognized in Norway.
- Experience from GxP or validation in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
