Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This role will involve participating in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Developing production processes to improve performance standards.
  2. Establishing new production processes.
  3. Creating production documentation, including assembly & test procedures, work instructions, CNC programs, and routings.
  4. Supervising less experienced engineering personnel by reviewing their calculations, design conception, and engineering solutions.
  5. Ensuring quality and efficiency of deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent.
  2. More than 5 years of experience.

Required Interpersonal Skills

  1. Good command of English.
  2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Service/Customer oriented.
  4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture.
