Role Purpose

As a Project Construction Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the construction phase are in compliance with HSSE, GEMS, contract and subcontract requirements, as well as international codes & standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the project management team to collect information related to specific requirements from GEMS, SBM standards, contract, subcontracts, international codes & standards, and client specifications.
  • Perform a gap analysis between standard requirements and project-specific requirements.
  • Define project performance indicators and liaise with Site document controller to expedite yards documentation.
  • Review documentation to ensure construction procedures and QCP are in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure implementation of construction lessons learned into standard procedures and capture new lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through the work & deployment of construction engineering initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as experience in construction quality management.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of HSSE, GEMS, and international codes & standards.

Finally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
