Electrical Engineer for Power Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Statkraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions for power infrastructure projects.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably with relevant experience in power transmission and distribution. A strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit analysis, and control systems is essential.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing electrical systems for power infrastructure projects;
- Conducting site visits to inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met;
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Relevant work experience in power transmission and distribution (preferably 1-3 years);
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit analysis, and control systems;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autodesk software.
