Job Description

We are seeking a competent, self-driven, and committed individual for the role of Electrical Engineering Team Lead. This is a contractual position with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction projects related to electrical equipment erection & installation works.
  • Ensure seamless integration of erection & installation activities with other project components.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of erection & installation checklist, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any incidents or delays.

Requirements

  • BE/Electrical degree with more than 10 years of experience in electrical equipment erection & installation works.
  • Experience- Min. +6 yrs. as an Electrical Site In-charge on a solar project in a MW scale.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy principles, photovoltaic systems, and solar power plant components.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to solar power plant design and installation.
