Are you an expert in the commercial vehicles sector looking for a dynamic role with significant growth opportunities? We have a unique opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a Freelance Automotive Strategy Manager.

In this exciting field-based position, you will be responsible for identifying new conversion opportunities on Ford Special Commercial Vehicles. You will work closely with the fleet team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Develop and implement conversion strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with convertors to drive business growth.
  • Present overviews of Ford Special Vehicles and Services to convertors.
  • Provide guidance and support in the development of new conversions.
  • Identify convertors with regional capabilities beyond their domestic market.
  • Support the Ford Pro Convertor network programme.
  • Develop conversion growth strategies focused on individual vocations and/or fleet customers.
  • Facilitate communications with all convertors.
  • Identify engineering changes to drive incremental volume or cost savings on Ford chassis.
  • Support key convertor events.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding of the commercial vehicles market and dealership operations.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial vehicles and conversion.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A full driving license.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language skills.
  • Based in the Oslo area.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, cash back healthcare scheme, and a company car.
