About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals based out of 5 countries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to attract top tech talent.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development through regular feedback and coaching sessions.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business HR to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent, utilizing social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to reach a wider pool of candidates.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization, and oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • You will lead the development and implementation of the Workday recruitment module in collaboration with our HR tech team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process that enhances the overall candidate experience.
