About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Statkraft, a leading renewable energy company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of renewable energy projects, from development to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the project meets the requirements of the Project Delivery Unit (PDU) and Statkraft's Capital Project Model (CPM).
  • Coordinate the project team, including external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Report on project status to the Project Steering Committee and senior management.
  • Implement anti-corruption prevention measures and ensure transparent reporting.
  • Ensure efficient and regular project meetings and recording of minutes and agreed actions.
  • Support the tendering process for new projects.
  • Manage the inputs from the technical design team to finalize the project design.
  • Use Statkraft's internal tools for payments, project tracking, safety, contract management, risk management, etc.

Requirements

  • Third Level Engineering College degree.
  • Experience in managing renewable energy development projects with a proven track record of delivering renewable/large-scale infrastructure projects through construction.
  • Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technology and experience of contracts and technical appendices for main technology supply contracts.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and management skills, including organisational ability and a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to concisely frame issues by providing context, analysis, recommendations, and risk/benefit, both in written and verbal format to project teams.
