Job Title: Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating service projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing the commercial, administrative, and financial aspects of service projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full scope of service projects, including coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and outsourced agents during the execution of projects.
  • Coordinate Service Orders from order acceptance to invoice payment.
  • Ensure that Service Engineers, parts, and tools are available on site.
  • Process and close orders when technically complete.
  • Contribute to the implementation of process optimization and tool improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a service organization with demanding customers and a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Disciplined and assertive, with excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Technical or maritime background, or hands-on experience with electrical and/or automation systems, is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system (preferably SAP).
