We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager to lead our Field Service Energy team. As a key member of our Global Customer Support division, you will be responsible for managing and leading a dedicated team of service engineers, ensuring the delivery of effective and timely services to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of service engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to internal and external customers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Customer Support: Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve our customer service standards, processes, and procedures to achieve service targets and goals.
- Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to HSE, Quality Assurance, and Business Ethics guidelines and BMS procedures.
- Coordination: Assist the Coordinator with planning and coordinating service engineers' assignments.
- Experience: Experience from a similar position or role is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other relevant technical education is an advantage.
- Skills: Experience with electrical systems like LV/HV switchgear, drives, and batteries is beneficial.
- Language: Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
- Travel: Travel as required.
