Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and ensure a consistent brand image.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
