Job Description

Statkraft is seeking an experienced leader to head our Global Business Services (GBS) Invoice to Pay unit. As the Head of GBS Invoice to Pay, you will be responsible for leading a team of managers in four countries, aligning and coordinating country-specific requirements, streamlining global processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 managers in four countries, responsible for the alignment and coordination of country-specific requirements, streamlining global processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Ensure that systems sufficiently cover our information needs and that implemented processes are compliant with all relevant requirements, ranging from indirect tax formal requirements to process compliance.
  • Continuously contribute to and improve our fraud prevention tools and procedures, master data quality, electronic invoice coverage, and implementation of requirements, payment processing, and process mining-based efficiency surveillance.
  • Support local managers in developing our talents and take care of the well-being of our employees, leading with Statkraft's ways of goal development dialogues and other modern HR-related actions and activities.
  • Ensure strong backup mechanisms and avoid vulnerability in the foundation of our financial processes.
  • Support your team's development with regards to digital and business competencies to ensure that GBS Finance is the best business partners for our internal customers.
  • Participate in finance integrations of newly acquired companies.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a comparable management function in finance or as a consultant in the same field.
  • Experience in Invoice-to-Pay processes, master data for customers and vendors, and the application of state-of-the-art applications.
  • Track record of being able to drive and deliver on projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Goal-oriented with good leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
  • Likes to develop others and takes joy in other people's success.
  • Fluent in English and one other relevant language – ideally conversational level in Norwegian.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Celonis process mining is of advantage.
