Job Title: Head of Business Development to SnerpaPower, Oslo

Job Summary:

SnerpaPower is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business development efforts in the Nordics and European markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our deep-tech energy management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Business Development Efforts: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets, identify and develop new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and analyze market feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  3. Industry Events and Conferences: Identify and represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  4. Proposal and Presentation Development: Write and maintain proposals, presentations, and business development reports to support sales efforts.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business growth.
  6. Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will have a BS/MS in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 7-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the SaaS industry, preferably within energy tech. You will also have a strong understanding of energy tech or related industries, with an interest in technology and innovation.
