Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key contact for our valued clients, you will cultivate strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and guide them in maximizing the value they derive from our deep-tech energy management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive guidance on platform usage and best practices.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, nurture them and communicate needs to the Head of Business Development and Product Management.
  • Develop and maintain product guides, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, concerns, and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
  • Proactively anticipate, gather, and analyze client feedback to inform product development of potential enhancements.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance to ensure an optimal client experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and influencing product strategy.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Business, Engineering, or a related field or longer relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience working in a customer success or account management role in the SaaS industry, preferably within energy tech.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with a high degree of digital usage in Microsoft Office and other relevant professional systems.
