Job Title: Head of Investor Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Investor Projects to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for building up the Norwegian team and driving the growth of the Project Management Investor business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead the Project Management team in Investor services, ensuring business profitability and supporting career growth.
  2. Drive the growth of the Project Management Investor business and work on operational growth in line with business objectives.
  3. Take joint responsibility with the Head of Project Management Nordic for generating strategic market share expansion by identifying business opportunities and creating a sales pipeline.
  4. Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities.
  5. Develop key offering materials, services, and tools aligned with current and future client requirements.
  6. Stay informed about changes in legislation, best practices, and trends to ensure the ongoing provision of best-in-sector advice and thought leadership.
  7. Identify opportunities to deliver client solutions that exceed expectations and to cross-sell other CBRE service lines.
  8. Apply a broad understanding of financial management principles to ensure financially sound decisions.
  9. Provide pipeline and secured revenues on a monthly basis to the Head of Project Management Nordic.
  10. Deliver excellent project management and participate in daily operations and service delivery towards clients across all service lines in Project Management.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience within CAPEX, Investor- or Project Management in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong networking skills and a network within the real estate sector in Norway and the Nordics.
  3. Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  4. Vast experience in different roles in the project delivery cycle, including Client Advisor and Contractor.
  5. Experience in Investment Advisory/PMO/Project Management/Contract Administration roles in Real Estate.
  6. Knowledge of project management principles (e.g., Prince2).
  7. Ability to prioritize and understand project demands under pressure.
Language Skills:
  1. Native Norwegian
  2. English, business & technical, expert level
IT Technical Abilities:
  1. Technically literate
  2. Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
  3. Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent
