Job Title: Student Worker Nordic Investor Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student worker to join our Nordic Investor Services team at VP SECURITIES A/S. As a student worker, you will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality general meeting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in maintaining good relationships with customers and meeting their expectations
  • Act as a sparring partner for our clients and ensure good communication and workflow
  • Assist in planning and carrying out Assemblies and General Meetings for issuers (travel may be required)
  • Provide technical and administrative support to customers in our internal systems
  • Participate in projects and development activities within the area of expertise
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong team player with enhanced communication skills (verbally and in writing) in both Norwegian and English
  • Interest in technology, securities services, and European financial markets
  • Currently studying a master's degree, in their 4th or 5th year of higher education
  • Available for a part-time position with a minimum of 50% flexible hours initially, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate
  • Available to work full-time during the GM peak season, with a period stationed in the office
