About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region.

You will work closely with our vendors, including Google, Samsung, Meta, and Nokia, to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, including the largest IT dealers and mobile network operators in the Nordics.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region.
  2. Working closely with vendors to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including the largest IT dealers and mobile network operators in the Nordics.
  4. Collaborating with our product management team in EMEA to develop and launch new products and services.
  5. Driving sales activities and marketing across the Mobile phone & CE products portfolio, including new product launches and other business development initiatives.
  6. Providing internal support to our sales teams in the countries to ensure they have the resources they need to develop the business.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A few years of relevant work experience from the IT channel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  • A commercial mindset and a passion for sales and business development.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and a good understanding of the IT industry and the channel.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
