Business Development Manager VMware

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Norway AS. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth plans for VMware in Norway and the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VMware Norway to execute the Business Unit strategy and grow profitable market share.
- Drive sales and marketing across the VMware portfolio, including new product launches and business development initiatives.
- Have a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX and VMware's value proposition and communicate it internally and externally.
- Interact with sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practices on business, technology, and process improvements.
- Enable and support the hardware and software teams to win and grow share of wallet and maximize rebate opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new partners/resellers and convey the VMware value proposition to them.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience working with VMware.
- Strong relationship-building skills, high energy, and motivation.
- Business-driven and capable of strategic thinking with a strong orientation towards services and solution selling.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a good understanding of the channel and experience working in a matrix structure.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
