About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our VMware team at TD SYNNEX Norway. As a key member of our Hybrid Cloud team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth plans for VMware in Norway and the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with VMware Norway to execute the Business Unit strategy and grow profitable market share.
  • Drive sales and marketing across the VMware portfolio, including new product launches and business development initiatives.
  • Have a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX and VMware's value proposition and communicate it effectively internally and externally.
  • Interact with sales leaders and team members to capture feedback and share best practices on business, technology, and process improvements.
  • Enable and support the hardware and software teams to win and grow share of wallet and maximize rebate opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new partners/resellers in the Norwegian market, conveying the VMware value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience working with VMware.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, high energy, and motivation, with a business-driven and strategic thinking approach.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a good understanding of the channel and experience working in a matrix structure.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
