Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sustaining accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow sustaining accounts in the Nordic region, leveraging your expertise to maximize sales growth and profit potential.
  • Develop new customer opportunities through effective sales strategies, market research, and relationship-building.
  • Make regular visits to customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with internal departments to secure business opportunities, launch new products, and promote services.
  • Effectively communicate market requirements and product capabilities to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales, or related areas.
  • Experience in sales/product management within industrial or electronics markets is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Bachelor's degree in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
