As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and success of our business. Collaborating with a talented team, you will drive the creation of innovative display ads that enhance engagement and visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales process, from business development and lead generation to managing client meetings, sending proposals, and closing contracts.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, understanding their strategic goals, and developing plans to help achieve them using our solutions.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while driving growth and adoption of SeenThis technology.
  • Advising clients on future trends and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Experience in media sales, digital media, AdTech, marketing, or advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing day-to-day client activity.
  • Existing relationships within a media agency.
  • Detailed understanding of the digital media ecosystem.
  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
