The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our Norwegian office, focusing on expanding our presence in the defence, government, and enterprise markets.
This role involves developing strong relationships with Norwegian customers, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth through sales expertise and market knowledge.
About the Position
As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the company's growth by leveraging your sales experience and market knowledge to drive business development and secure new contracts.
You'll work closely with our global team of experts to deliver custom solutions that meet specific customer needs, utilizing your sales and business development skills to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Understanding and Development: Gain a deep understanding of the Norwegian market, prioritize and approach potential new customers, and explore avenues to secure their business while maximizing growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure potential customers are thoroughly briefed on the full range of products and services, including hardware, solutions, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
- Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specific customers, ensuring their requests are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with their expectations.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen existing relationships with partners and suppliers to develop solutions that address customer needs and bring mutual benefits.
- Order and Service Management: Ensure smooth handling of sales orders and service issues, keeping customers informed at all times about the status and resolution of any delivery or service concerns.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record in sales, particularly within the satellite communications or information services sectors.
A solid understanding of the Norwegian market and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industry developments are essential for this role.
