Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our Defence & Government team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Norwegian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Understanding and Development: Develop a deep understanding of the Norwegian market and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to brief them on our full range of products and services, including hardware, solutions, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
- Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specific customers, ensuring their requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with partners and suppliers to develop custom solutions that address customer needs and bring mutual benefits.
- Order and Service Management: Ensure smooth handling of sales orders and service issues, keeping customers informed about the status and resolution of any delivery or service concerns.
Requirements
- Defence/Government Experience: A background in defence or government sectors is essential, with experience in selling to these key customers.
- Sales Expertise: A strong track record in sales, particularly within the satellite communications or information services sectors, is highly desirable.
- Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Norwegian market and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industry developments.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to engage effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to operate independently while also being a collaborative team player within the Norwegian office and across the wider Defence & Government team.
