Sales Position


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director for Norway, responsible for driving commercial sales strategies to achieve profitable growth objectives in the region. This exciting opportunity will contribute to the company's overall success by leveraging your skills in account management, team leadership, and strategic planning.



About the Role


As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be expected to:



  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with large accounts in Norway;
  • Achieve significant growth in your territory through effective sales strategies and market analysis;
  • Develop and execute a vision for your territory, aligning with our company goals and objectives;
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch new initiatives;
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies;
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales results, highlighting key achievements and areas for focus.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a strong sales vision, drive organizational change, and deliver positive results;
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.

Location


This role is based in Oslo, Norway, with regular travel to our offices in Luxembourg and Sweden. As a result, you should be comfortable with frequent travel and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
