Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our team in the North and UK/Ireland regions. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales budget, providing commercial guidance to the field sales team, and establishing sales targets based on agreed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales budget and achieve growth rates by selling innovation and digitally enabled solutions
- Provide commercial guidance to the field sales team
- Establish sales targets and action plans with the VP Field Sales
- Introduce new products and prepare strategic discussions to grow the business
- Manage the technical support team and improve skills of the sales teams through professional trainings and field visits
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Water Treatment, Economics, or related fields
- Proven B2B sales experience with knowledge of the industrial sector
- Minimum 8+ years of working experience with leadership/people management in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture
- Eagerness to grow through challenging experience
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix context
