Ecolab, a world leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking an exceptional Industrial Sales Director to spearhead our Light division's growth strategy in Northern Europe.
About the Role:As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with clients across various industries. Your expertise in value selling, commercial guidance, and people management will enable you to overcome the most pressing challenges facing our customers: minimizing water and climate impacts while maximizing outcomes at optimized costs.
You will report directly to the VP Field Sales and collaborate closely with the Management team to establish your action plan and sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales budget and achieving ambitious growth rates through innovation and digitally enabled solutions
- Providing commercial guidance to the field sales team and coaching them to excel in their roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, improving skills of the sales teams, and managing technical support
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A university degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Water Treatment, Economics, or related fields
- Proven B2B sales experience with knowledge of the industrial sector and minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture
- Eagerness to grow through challenging experiences and willingness to travel across the region
In return for your expertise, we offer:
- A highly competitive salary between $100,000 - $550,000, depending on previous experience
