Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing business opportunities for our products in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales strategies and implement related business objectives across the country in line with the Cargo Sales Manager EU and the Director GSA.
  • Work in conjunction with broker teams to develop country-specific plans and support the maintenance of relationships with existing and new clients, as well as suppliers, to generate further business.
  • Monitor progress monthly against sales strategy and report to the Cargo Sales Manager EU and the Director GSA bi-monthly, highlighting any issues or concerns and making recommendations for action where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
  • Ability to speak the local regional language and English at an effective operational command.
  • Knowledge of the local market and experience in sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Strong relationship building and team player skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
