Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations
- Lead major turnarounds (TARs) and project follow-up, ensuring timely and within-budget execution
- Support the definition of maintenance planning, including run-to-failure, time-based, and condition-based maintenance
- Contribute to the elaboration of Lessons from Reliability Events (LFRE) and support downtime event analysis
- Develop and implement Linde standards for Predictive Technology, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance
- Participate in Reliability Assessments for Bulk and Onsite Production Plants and ensure efficient communication and implementation within the region
- Drive and develop specific regional maintenance procedures, including contingency plans, yearly plant assessments, maintenance plans, and inspection plans
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as process, mechanical, or process control engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar reliability position and/or relevant industry
- Knowledge of production processes, operations, and maintenance of equipment
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Safety and Quality-minded is required
- Innovative, team player, and change-minded
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Fluent in other languages spoken in the region is an advantage
- Willing to travel within the region
