Your Role


We are seeking a skilled Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.



Key Responsibilities


As a Territory Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS AND NON-CLINICAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • Managing sales meetings, presentations, and trainings to promote our product portfolios
  • Negotiating with hospital departments and procurement organizations
  • Managing in-hospital consignment stocks
  • Contributing to the development of the Nordic team through joint projects and shared learning opportunities


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or device sales industry
  • A strong commercial mindset and ability to transform customer needs into commercial opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)
  • A valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications


While not required, prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the cardiovascular space, would be an asset. Additionally, knowledge of AI-based and predictive analytics services, as well as tender process experience, would be beneficial.
