Job Title: Global Sales StrategistSalary

The salary for this position includes a competitive fixed component and commission-based incentives. Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the total compensation to be approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our export team as a Global Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flokk's selected products in international markets. Your primary objective will be to establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

You will analyze customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable products, services, or solutions. Additionally, you will create and deliver compelling sales bids, presentations, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facing-to-face and remote sales interactions with existing and new customers, distributors, end-users, and various sales channels
  • Evaluating customer requirements and recommending appropriate products, services, or solutions
  • Developing and delivering sales strategies, pitches, and proposals
  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
  • Expanding client portfolios through active brand promotion and lead generation
  • Collaborating with architects, design & build companies
  • Participating in local marketing initiatives to promote the Flokk brand
  • Contributing to the development of the company's sales strategy and driving its implementation
Requirements
