About the Role

We are seeking a skilled GSI Alliance Director EMEAL - Global Partnership Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to maximize growth opportunities with our partner organizations across EMEA and LATAM.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Create and execute unique business plans with each potential team and business unit to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management and various stakeholders within the partner organizations.
  • Value Proposition: Design a compelling value proposition that inspires partners to promote our solutions and increase revenue growth.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain activity dashboards and performance reports to ensure accurate tracking of progress and achievement of goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
  • Skills: Strong initiative, ability to think creatively, excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills; consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
