Your Career

You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive growth opportunities with our partner organizations in EMEA and LATAM. This will involve creating unique business strategies with each partner and business unit, and working closely with all levels of the partner organizations to achieve measurable results.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize growth opportunities and ensure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations.
  • Work closely with partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Design a compelling value proposition that inspires partners to promote our solutions.
  • Create services based on our emerging and established technologies to increase revenue growth.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with dedicated partners to build strong partnerships.
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain activity dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
  • Specific network within HCL and/or Wipro, built through similar roles at other vendors or working directly within the named partner.
  • Understanding of channel operating models.
  • Experience in managing iGSI relationships across multiple regions.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
