Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales organization at Workday Sweden Aktiebolag. As an Account Executive Customer Base, you will play a key role in driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling via deal management. You will also perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth
- Perform account planning and coordination with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position
- Experience negotiating deals with various C-Suite executives to close opportunities
- Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
As a Business Development Manager at Workday, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately SEK 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a attractive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
