The position of Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing study execution to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Driving new business opportunities across all markets and practices for Genesis in the Nordics;
  • Collaborating with global colleagues to share knowledge and optimize the local service offering;
  • Growing and developing the local Norway team to enhance the local presence;
  • Increasing brand awareness through representation at events, conferences, and client meetings;

This role requires both internal and external facing skills, including winning business and developing strong teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Country, the Delivery Manager will supervise Study Managers and technical team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with clients and understanding of energy markets;

  • Previous experience in commercial aspects of consulting;

Main accountabilities include:

  • Meeting Order Intake and revenue KPIs for the project portfolio;
  • Establishing a line of sight for opportunity pipelines through client engagement;
  • Supporting business development to grow and diversify market footprint and client base;
