Job Description:

Cisco is seeking an experienced Strategic Software Adoption Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving software utilization and accelerating business outcomes. As a Strategic Software Adoption Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers adopt and utilize Cisco technologies, driving value realization and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical adoption plans that lead to software outcomes and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Promote software utilization across various customer segments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities, to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and objectives, and providing insights to drive value realization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software adoption planning, preferably in a technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, IT service management, and customer success strategies.
  • Experience with recurring revenue concepts, margin, and attrition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location:
