Strategic Marketing Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our marketing automation solution, enabling businesses to automate their marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
Your Role- Drive the strategic direction of our digital marketing offering by understanding market needs and capturing all perspectives, along with underlying requirements.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and directions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across markets and categorise outcomes into actionable initiatives.
- Develop business cases for key initiatives.
- Initiate pricing and packaging initiatives.
- Drive the development of the marketing product portfolio roadmap.
- Clearly communicate the what, why, and how of our product offerings to the go-to-market teams when launching new features, modules, or updates.
- Develop compelling value-based narratives that articulate our product intentions and customer value and benefits.
- Owning and executing product launch plans, ensuring market readiness.
- Planning and executing market activities to drive awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborating on the creation of product documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation.
- Being a product evangelist, driving enthusiasm and knowledge of our solutions in the market.
- Work closely with product owners in SuperOffice R&D and the marketing team to ensure alignment and shared knowledge.
- Engage with commercial teams, including sales teams, consulting teams, and partner teams, to ensure they are well-informed on our product portfolio from a business perspective.
- A master's or bachelor's degree within digital marketing.
- At least 3 years of extensive experience working with marketing automation platforms.
- Passion for and deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing technologies.
- The ability to present key content with passion and engagement to various audiences.
- Strong skills in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.
- A structured and methodical approach to managing a product portfolio.
- Fluency in either Norwegian or Swedish and excellent English skills.
- A dynamic and innovative work environment in the tech industry.
