Sales Director Position Overview
Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive the company's go-to-market strategy and expand its presence in new markets and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Supermicro's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and programs.
- Develop and manage account business plans to drive revenue growth and expand Supermicro's presence in key accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions to enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in a sales leadership role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
