About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Director to join our team at GelatoConnect. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing a global demand generation strategy that drives acquisition, up-sell, cross-sell, and retention across our tiered 'Strategic Account' list.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will work closely with Sales leaders to deliver online and offline programs that influence the pipeline and help achieve our quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy across outbound sales, performance marketing, customer success, events, partnerships, public relations, and content creation.
  • Own program management and execution of demand generation campaigns, including relationships with vendors, agency relationships, campaign setup, launch, reporting, and predictive insights.
  • Establish a centralized intake process for demand generation campaign requests, vetting, production, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure a best-in-class go-to-market and commercial strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with Global Sales to plan, calendar, pre-launch, and report on campaign results.
  • SOURCE new sales pipeline, engage contacts in new functions/roles at existing accounts, and accelerate existing sales pipeline.
  • Support promotion efforts for first-party events, executive roundtables, industry events, partner events, etc.
  • Develop a measurement framework and work with the Gelato Connect team to create a reporting dashboard with insights into reach, engagement, meetings booked, marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, MQLs generated, and overall campaign return on investment.
About You

You are a results-driven professional with 5+ years of experience planning and executing global demand generation programs. You have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.

Your expertise includes managing agencies, executing performance marketing across digital channels, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

You possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and adapt to changing priorities.
