We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business development initiatives that connect top talent with our clients, transforming their businesses.

Your Role

  • Client Acquisition Strategy: Develop innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Market Penetration: Identify high-potential prospects and engage with decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector.
  • You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
  • You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken) and can communicate effectively with clients globally.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and has a hunter mentality with a strong team spirit.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
