We are looking for a skilled Corporate Enterprise Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team at Wolt. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop our corporate Enterprise partnership portfolio within Norway and the Nordic region.



Your main responsibility will be to act as a new business specialist, attracting new corporate clients to Wolt through marketing efforts and sales acquisition activities. You will also bring exciting new growth opportunities to life, working closely with our Marketing team to develop partnerships, attend events, and create an acquisition funnel.



To succeed in this role, you will need to be a structured and analytical problem-solver with a drive for taking action when necessary. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience, and be a true culture champion who rolls-up-his/her-sleeves, exemplifies teamwork, and drives decision-making with data.



Apart from your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to grow and develop with the company, taking ownership of a variety of strategic and operational responsibilities as we expand.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Full end-to-end responsibility over the sales acquisition funnel, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify target prospective companies and establish and cultivate relationships with key decision makers.
  • Act as a problem-solver for prospects needs and work with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions for them if necessary.
  • Analyse data to develop insights that inform sales acquisitions activities and optimise the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and for clients.
  • Collaborate across our Nordic offices to work on closing regional deals.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales, in B2B or enterprise fields, startup or scaleup experience beneficial.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing Enterprise deals from A-Å.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story to win over clients.
  • Great rapport building and confident presentation skills, with a strong ability to ace demos and close deals.
  • Ambition - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
  • Structured and analytical problem-solver with a drive for taking action when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian.
