Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Wolt's corporate Enterprise partnership portfolio in Norway and the Nordic region.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at top professional service and tech companies in Norway.
  • Act as a problem-solver for prospects' needs, working closely with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform sales acquisition activities and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and clients.
  • Work with our Marketing team to develop partnerships, attend events, and create an acquisition funnel.
  • Contribute to closing regional deals across our Nordic offices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B or enterprise fields, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to close Enterprise deals from A to Z.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Ambition, strong inner motivation, and a positive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
  • Structured and analytical problem-solving skills, with a drive for taking action when necessary.
  • Organized and structured way of working, including experience with CRMs.
  • Tenacity and creativity to approach and solve clients' problems.
