Enterprise Sales Professional

At Extreme Networks, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to drive new business growth, build customer loyalty, and promote our customer-centric culture. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for leveraging our three-tiered sales model to prospect for new business and partner with internal and external sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent our comprehensive solution of end-to-end wired/wireless data networking, network management, and security solutions to grow revenue and profit margins within assigned territories.
Utilize your solutions sales expertise to prospect and capture new business while growing the existing install base.
Provide in-depth business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline development.
Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams within the territory and across the company.
Requirements:
Proven hunter with a history of developing new prospective customers and collaborating across cross-functional internal teams to achieve target quotas.
Driven to successfully close large, complex deals in a mix of new business, established accounts, and channel management.
Strong executive presence and communications skills, with effective solution selling skills into enterprise networking environments at the CXO level.
Strong business plan development and forecasting experience.
Self-starter with high energy and drive, taking initiative and working with limited direction.
Highly trusted business partner, maintaining and expecting high standards for self and team.
Accomplished Account Executive with an established account base, strong regional customer and channel partner relationships.
Relevant industry/competitive knowledge.
Proven and verifiable track record in exceeding sales quotas, achieving club status.
Strong competitive industry and product knowledge, with the ability to articulate the Extreme Networks business value proposition.
Strong Norwegian language skills.
