We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive our business growth and sales efforts. As a key player, you'll lead the development of strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and forge partnerships to expand our client base.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and staying on top of industry trends. You'll leverage your expertise in sales and business development to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  5. Manage bid processes, from initial opportunity assessment to submission and post-bid analysis.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the seismic industry.
  2. Strong understanding of seismic technologies, equipment, and services, as well as industry trends and dynamics.
  3. Commercially minded.
