The Job
As Business Development Manager Google, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth of Google solutions among our partners and customers. You will work closely with the supplier and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and activities that generate demand and increase sales. You will also be a sparring partner and advisor on Google products and services, and contribute to increasing the competence and awareness of our partners and colleagues.
To succeed in this role:
- Independent, proactive, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales or marketing of IT solutions, preferably in the cloud area
- You are a team player who finds great satisfaction in succeeding together with others
- Good communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English
- You are curious, eager to learn, and innovative, and keep yourself up-to-date on IT trends and customer challenges
- Have a positive and inclusive mindset, and contribute to a good work environment and collaboration culture
- Are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the IT industry
You will be part of a local team of 8 people, each with their own areas of expertise, all motivated to support common defined Go To Market activities. You will report to the Norwegian Sales Manager for Cloud, Security & Software and will work closely with both the local team and our Nordic Solutions team of around 45 people, spread across License Operations Team, Advisory Team, Technical Team, and Strategic Vendor Managers. You will also have good support from our Center of Excellence in Europe and our Professional Services team.
The position is a full-time position in Oslo, but we work hybrid with the possibility of working a few days a week from home.
