We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Nordic Bid Manager to join our team at Dagens Næringsliv AS. As a key member of our central B2B sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, handling, and reporting on the Nordic tender market in collaboration with our country bid managers.
The successful candidate will identify, prioritize, and set in place actions to improve practices required to answer and win future tenders. You will collaborate with other functions and departments to ensure that we jointly reach our growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective bid management strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with country bid managers to oversee and plan the Nordic tender market
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in bid management practices
- Develop and implement action plans to improve bid management processes
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on bid management performance
- Master's degree in business administration, legal, compliance, or a related field
- Experience with bids & tenders (private and public sector) from several of the Nordic markets
- Proven track record of success in B2B bid leadership roles, and more than three years of operational experience with Bids & tenders
- Experience, direct or indirect, of legal matters/requirements/processes
- Experience with ISO certifications, ISO audits and equivalents
- Established relationships/networks within our business areas (IT, Telecom and/or appliances)
- Ability to break down and analyze information effectively
- Leadership style that inspires enthusiasm in others
- Ability to lead a dedicated and competent team of Bid Managers across the Nordics
- Adaptability to new situations and ways of working
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Resilience in the face of setbacks
