Sales Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as Head of Sales. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for the Denza Brand.
About the Role
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
- Business Development: Manage business growth in an Omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for the key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborate with the dealers to achieve the agreed goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including network, operations, aftersales, finance, legal, and HR, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions to support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting and reporting.
- Market development.
- Brand promotion.
- Sales team management.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Norwegian market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
