We are a pioneering simulation and virtual prototyping company in Norway, specializing in innovative solutions for marine operations and smart cities.

Our mission is to empower clients to visualize and simulate scenarios in real time, mitigating risks and optimizing opportunities.

We are currently transitioning from consultancy to Software as a Service (SaaS) and are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

As an SDR at Offshore Simulator Centre, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, building a robust pipeline for our Account Executives.

You will collaborate closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and share insights on lead quality. You will also work with technical teams to ensure prospects receive the right demos and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development or business development within the SaaS, simulation, or technology sectors. They will have experience generating and qualifying leads to meet or exceed targets.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline and calendar management, CRM and data integrity, collaboration and feedback, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM software. They will be self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
