  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Excellent assessment abilities to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Teamtailor experience a plus.
  • A curious and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving results and improving processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
