Vi søker en dyktig Talent Recruiter som ønsker å være en del av Redpill Linpro. Dette er en stilling for deg som brenner for rekruttering og trigges av å finne de beste kandidatene i et konkurransepreget marked.

Redpill Linpro er et nordisk IT-selskap som leverer ulike Open Source-produkter og -tjenester. Vi ble etablert i 1995 og har snart 330 ansatte fordelt på våre kontorer i Oslo, Trondheim, Stockholm, Gøteborg, Karlstad, Linkøping og København.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

Som Talent Recruiter vil din hovedoppgave være å identifisere og tiltrekke relevante kandidater til våre kontorer i Norden, med særlig fokus på Oslo-kontoret. Du vil rekruttere IT-spesialister innenfor våre kjerneområder, og arbeidet ditt vil omfatte hele rekrutteringsprosessen, inkludert:

  • Aktiv kandidatsøk (search) gjennom ulike kanaler for å finne relevante profiler.
  • Screening og vurdering av kandidater for å sikre at de passer til våre behov.
  • Koordinering av intervjuer og oppfølging av kandidater underveis i prosessen.
  • Gjennomføring av referansesjekker for å bekrefte kandidatenes kvalifikasjoner og erfaring.
  • Samarbeid med ledere og støtte dem i beslutningsprosessen gjennom hele rekrutteringsløpet.

I tillegg vil du jobbe tett med vårt nordiske Talent Team for å utvikle og implementere rekrutteringsstrategier, sikre employer branding, samt delta i prosjekter på tvers av landegrensene. Din rolle vil være både operativ og strategisk, og du vil få muligheten til å påvirke selskapets vekst gjennom målrettet rekruttering.

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har høyere utdanning innen HR, organisasjonspsykologi, økonomi, IT/Tech, administrasjon eller lignende.
  • Er interessert i IT-bransjen og motiveres av å jobbe med search og rekruttering av spesialistroller.
  • Har en positiv innstilling, er strukturert og en "do'er" med god utholdenhet.
  • Erfaring med employer branding, karrieredager, eventer og coaching av kolleger og ledere vil være en fordel, men er ikke et krav.
